Jennifer has served as the Regional Director of Operations – South Region, since 2011. She has been a Speech Language Pathologist over 15 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University and her Master’s Degree from The University of South Florida, where she conducted research in the area of phonological awareness.
Jennifer has spent her entire career working in SNF’s and prior to working for HCRS held positions as a staff therapist, rehab director and area director. Early in her career, Jennifer had the privilege of treating James Richardson, author of Standing on Two Feet. She was able to help him overcome his brain injury, and in return he introduced her to the man who became her husband. Jennifer has a particular interest in dementia management and delights in educating family members by means of support groups and speaking engagements.
